This specialized boutique is supported by Cordon Group Group's "Mespiècesdétachées.com" sales platform.

The mespiecesdetachees.com website and this activity, managed for the Nespresso product range in France, Germany and Belgium, promotes responsible consumption by enabling coffee machines to be repaired rather than replaced, thereby extending their lifespan and reducing electronic waste.

Philips Emergency Care offers a wide range of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) that help both professional and first-time rescuers save lives every day. The international sales platform for Philips Emergency Care AEDs includes seven dedicated e-commerce sites and an integrated Zendesk customer support platform.

Philips defibrillators enable everyone to act quickly in the event of a cardiac arrest, promoting citizen autonomy and equitable access to emergency care. This approach aligns with our social responsibility by making medical equipment both accessible and easy to use.

L'Oréal's sustainable after-sales service platform for its "Augmented Beauty" range

To coincide with the launch of two premium technological innovations, Hairlight Pro and Colorsonic, L'Oréal is offering a sustainability-oriented after-sales platform for the first time. Deployment is already underway in France, Canada and the United States, with European expansion in progress. This after-sales service platform was implemented using the GlobalCare SaaS solution.

Priority is given to repairing and upgrading, rather than systematically replacing defective products in L'Oréal's new "Augmented Beauty" range.
