Personal data and privacy

To respond to your contact requests, C-Digital Labs collects the data you enter in the contact form (last name, first name, email address, company, phone number, subject, message). This data is used solely to handle your request. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the requests sent to us. Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, and then deleted.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have at any time a right of access, rectification and objection and, since 25 May 2018, a right to erasure, a right to data portability and a right to compensation regarding all personal data concerning you.

To exercise your rights over the data concerning you, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the address below. For your request to be processed, please include a copy of your valid identity document (identity card or passport).

Service providers

The contact form data is processed on our behalf by the following service providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website delivery, protection of the form against automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile) and transmission of contact requests (Cloudflare Workers);
• Scaleway SAS (France): website hosting and sending of the contact request notification emails (Scaleway Transactional Email).

Data transfers to the United States are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This website uses:

• Strictly necessary cookies, set without your consent: cc_cookie, which stores your cookie choices (6 months); Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only on the contact pages to protect the form against automated submissions.
• Audience measurement cookies, set only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), _ga and _ga_* cookies (13 months), to measure page traffic and improve the website. The data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
• Managing your choices: you can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time using the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not prevent you from accessing the website. You will be asked for your choices again after 6 months.
